Nervous about your first hijama session? Here’s exactly what happens at our Dastagir clinic.
Before Your Visit
- Eat lightly — have a light meal 1–2 hours before your session.
- Wear comfortable clothing — loose clothing that allows easy access to the cupping area.
- Hydrate — drink water before and after your session.
- Bring your questions — WhatsApp us any time before your visit.
Step-by-Step: What Happens
- Consultation — we discuss your health history, concerns, and goals (5–10 minutes).
