What Is Wet Cupping (Hijama)?
Wet cupping — known as hijama — is the traditional form of cupping therapy. After creating suction with cups, small superficial incisions are made on the skin and a small amount of blood is drawn. It has been traditionally used to support general wellness and relaxation.
